Shipping Options
We currently use UPS, Fedex and US Postal Service as our carriers. Free Shipping applies to orders shipped via Economy shipping (not Rush or Freight) and applies only within the 48 Contiguous States, it may take up to 8 business days to arrive, excluding weekend and holidays. If you need the order faster, we provide 2-day and overnight service for additional charge.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends and holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
The number of days the order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you chose and your location.FREE Shipping can take between 3 and 8 business days, depending on what part of the country you are shipping to (Wast Coast is the shortest, East Coast takes the longest). "Business days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
